With the development of information society, Optics and Photonics emerged after electronics and optoelectronics, and has been evolving vigorously in various fields such as electric power, petroleum, communication systems, medical treatment, chemical industry, aerospace and national defense. Under this background, the 6^th edition of the International Conference of Optics ICO2024 will be held at the Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Setif-1 University Ferhat Abbas, Algeria, on November 3^rdand 4^th, 2024. The conference aims to bring together academics, researchers and industrialists from all over the world to promote, share and discuss innovation and industrial applications in the fields of optics and photonics.
